1. INTRODUCTION

This Cookies Policy (hereinafter the "Cookies Policy") explains how Saleryon, s.r.o. ("JobsAI", "we", "our company") uses cookies and similar technologies in the operation of the website www.jobsai.cz and related services.

Our aim is to ensure the correct functioning of the Platform, its security, the improvement of the user experience and the provision of personalised services while fully respecting the privacy of our users.

This document supplements:

• the JobsAI General Terms and Conditions,
• the Privacy Policy,
• and any other documents published on the Platform.

2. WHAT COOKIES ARE

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on a user's device when it is visited.

Cookies make it possible, for example, to:

• remember a user's login,
• store website settings,
• ensure the security of login,
• analyse traffic,
• adapt content,
• measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

In addition to cookies, the Platform may also use similar technologies, for example:

• Pixel Tags,
• Web Beacons,
• SDK identifiers,
• API tokens.

For the purposes of this document, all these technologies are collectively referred to as Cookies.

3. WHICH COOKIES WE USE

JobsAI uses the following categories of cookies.

3.1 Essential cookies

These cookies are necessary for the correct functioning of the Platform.

Without their use it is not possible to ensure, for example:

• the login of a user,
• session security,
• protection against CSRF attacks,
• the correct functioning of forms,
• the management of cookie consent,
• server load balancing.

These cookies do not require the user's consent.

3.2 Functional cookies

These cookies allow the Platform to remember user preferences, for example:

• language,
• country,
• the appearance of the application,
• the last search,
• preferred job listing filters,
• the settings of AI functions.

Their use may be based on legitimate interest or on the user's consent, depending on the specific function and legal requirements.

3.3 Analytical cookies

Analytical cookies help us understand how users use the Platform.

We obtain in particular anonymised or pseudonymised information about:

• the number of visitors,
• the pages visited,
• the time spent on the website,
• user behaviour,
• the performance of individual functions.

We use this information exclusively to improve the Platform.

We use analytical cookies only on the basis of the user's consent, where required by legal regulations.

3.4 Marketing cookies

Marketing cookies enable:

• the measurement of the effectiveness of advertising,
• the personalisation of advertising content,
• remarketing,
• the limitation of the repeated display of advertising.

JobsAI uses marketing cookies only where the user has given valid consent.

The Platform may use the services of trusted providers who set their own cookies or similar technologies.

Depending on the services actually used, these may include, for example:

Overview of the cookies used

Below we provide an overview of the categories of cookies that the JobsAI Platform may use. The specific list of cookies used may change over time depending on the technical development of the Platform, the services used and changes in legal regulations.

4.1 Essential cookies

These cookies are necessary for the correct functioning of the Platform and cannot be switched off via the cookie bar.

If JobsAI does not use marketing cookies, none are stored on the user's device.

5. LOCAL STORAGE AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

In addition to classic cookies, the Platform may also use:

• HTML5 Local Storage,
• Session Storage,
• IndexedDB,
• Web Storage API.

These technologies serve in particular to:

• store temporary user settings,
• speed up the loading of the application,
• ensure the secure functioning of the user account,
• manage the session.

The use of these technologies is governed by the same privacy principles as the use of cookies.

6. SERVER LOGS

On every visit to the Platform, server logs are automatically created, containing for example:

• the IP address,
• the date and time of access,
• the internet browser used,
• the operating system,
• the URL visited,
• the HTTP status,
• the session identifier,
• technical information needed for the security of the Platform.

Server logs serve in particular to:

• protect against cyberattacks,
• detect fraudulent conduct,
• manage the infrastructure,
• resolve technical problems,
• fulfil legal obligations.

7. CONSENT MANAGEMENT (COOKIE CONSENT MANAGEMENT)

JobsAI uses a consent management tool (Cookie Consent Management Platform), which allows the user to:

• accept all cookies,
• reject non-mandatory cookies,
• select individual categories,
• change their settings at any time.

The user's choice is recorded and respected on subsequent visits to the Platform.

Consent may be changed at any time via the "Cookie settings" link available in the footer of the website.

8. HOW TO REMOVE COOKIES

Most internet browsers allow you to:

• display stored cookies,
• remove individual cookies,
• remove all cookies,
• block the storage of cookies,
• set the automatic deletion of cookies.

Restricting the use of certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform or some of its services.

9. PRIVACY PROTECTION

The use of cookies is an integral part of protecting the security of the Platform.

JobsAI uses cookies only to the extent necessary for:

• the secure operation of the Platform,
• the protection of user accounts,
• the provision of the agreed services,
• the improvement of the user experience,
• the fulfilment of legal obligations.

JobsAI does not use cookies to create user profiles beyond the purposes stated in this Policy and in the Privacy Policy.

10. COOKIE RETENTION PERIOD

Cookies may be:

Session Cookies

Automatically removed after the internet browser is closed.

Persistent Cookies

Remain stored for the period stated in the settings of the specific cookie file or until they are removed by the user.

11. COOKIE MANAGEMENT

On the first visit to the Platform, the user is shown a cookie bar allowing them to:

• accept all cookies,
• reject non-mandatory cookies,
• set individual categories of cookies.

The user may change their consent at any time via the cookie settings on the Platform or via the settings of their internet browser.

Rejecting certain categories of cookies may affect the availability or correct functioning of certain functions of the Platform.

12. PRIVACY PROTECTION

The use of cookies takes place in accordance with:

• the GDPR,
• Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on Electronic Communications,
• the recommendations of the European Data Protection Board (EDPB),
• the applicable decisions of the Czech courts and the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Cookies are not used in a manner that would lead to the processing of personal data beyond the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy.

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

JobsAI is entitled to reasonably change this Cookies Policy, in particular for reasons of:

• a change in legal regulations,
• the introduction of new Platform functions,
• a change in the technologies used,
• a change of service providers.

The current version will always be published on the Platform's website, www.jobsai.cz .
