Znalosti v oblasti telekomunikačních sítí (Telecom Networking) nebo technického provozu NOC (Network Operations Center).**
- Znalosti procesů NOC na úrovni L1, SLA (Service Level Agreement), monitorovacích činností a schopnosti porozumět novým nástrojům a konceptům.
- Schopnosti pracovat s uživatelskými dashboardy a analytickými nástroji a správně interpretovat získaná data.
