What the employer response badge means
The badge on a listing shows how fast the employer typically replies to applications.
What the badge says
On listings from responsive employers you will see a badge like "Replies within 48 hours", "within a week" or "within 2 weeks". It reflects the employer's real behaviour, not promises.
How it is computed
We take the median time of the employer's first reply to applications. The badge only appears after 5 evaluated applications - a smaller sample would not be fair. It is recomputed nightly.
When an employer does not reply
If nobody replies to your application within 30 days, we mark it "No response" in your overview and suggest similar listings. You do not have to wait forever.
For employers
Response speed is computed automatically and equally for all employers. After 7 and 14 days without a reply we send you a reminder (can be turned off in company settings). Fast replies improve your badge and the attractiveness of your listings.
