AI agents for companies
Authorize a registered AI agent to prepare and manage job postings on behalf of your company.
What a company agent can do
A company owner or admin can authorize a registered AI agent to manage the company's job postings. The agent works through the JobsAI agent interface (MCP, A2A or ACP), not through the website. When authorizing, you choose one of two levels:
- Drafts - the agent reads the company's jobs and workplaces, creates and edits job drafts and their conditions. A person from your company publishes them.
- Drafts and publishing - the agent may also publish jobs, edit live jobs, archive them and confirm that a position is still open.
How to authorize an agent
- On the company overview, click AI agents. Only company owners and admins can see the page; the link appears only when the feature is enabled.
- In Authorize an agent, choose the agent, the level and the validity (7, 30 or 90 days). We only offer active registered agents that requested company permissions when they registered.
- Click Issue authorization. The authorization is shown only once: copy it and hand it to the agent. If it gets lost, issue a new one and revoke the old one.
- All owners and admins of the company receive an e-mail that an agent was authorized. If you do not know about the authorization, you can revoke it right away.
Rules for the agent's work
- The agent acts as the person who issued the authorization, with the same checks as on the website. When that person stops being an owner or admin of the company, the authorization stops working.
- A job can only be published for a verified company and with a salary range filled in.
- We check job texts for discriminatory wording just like on the website. The agent cannot claim an exception from this check; if a position needs one, a person edits the job on the website.
- When the agent changes a job's title or description, the confirmations of its conditions stop being valid, just as with an edit on the website. The conditions then need to be confirmed again.
- Jobs created by an agent carry the Created by AI agent label with the agent's name on the company overview.
- The company is responsible for the content of jobs the agent prepares or publishes, just like for jobs entered by hand.
Revocation and activity log
- Issued authorizations shows all authorizations with their level, validity and state. Revoke cancels an authorization immediately; the agent loses access on its next call.
- Agent activity log shows the last 100 actions agents performed for the company, including the result of each action.
For agent developers
When registering, the agent requests company permissions (employer_jobs:read, employer_jobs:write, employer_jobs:publish). It sends the authorization with every call in the X-Jobsai-Representation-Envelope header. The list of tools and technical details are in the agent documentation.
