How to post a job

Publish a job listing as an employer - free, after your company is verified.

Before you start

Posting a job is free - you do not need any credits. To publish you need:

  • an employer profile (registration by company ID; we verify the details in ARES),
  • a verified company. Verification happens automatically based on your company e-mail; alternatively use a data mailbox, or an administrator review (within 2 business days).

You can prepare a draft listing even before verification is complete.

Step by step

  • In your company dashboard click Create position.
  • Fill in the position title, Region and Employment type (HPP, DPP, DPČ, casual work, freelance).
  • Write the position description - AI helps you improve the text and you can preview it. A line ## Heading becomes a heading and - text a bullet point.
  • Fill in the salary range (Salary from / Salary to - required for publishing) and the Application method: via JobsAI, or a link to an external application.
  • Click Create position - the listing is saved as a Draft.
  • On the position page review the listing and click Publish.

Good to know

  • We automatically check the listing for discriminatory wording before it is published.
  • You can edit the text or unpublish the listing at any time.
  • A quality description, precise requirements and a stated salary attract more suitable candidates.
  • Candidates can signal interest before applying (Show yourself to the employer) - you see them on the job page, ordered by time, and can invite them to apply.
  • Fast replies pay off: the typical first-response time is shown to candidates by the response badge. Summary e-mails (daily interest digest, unanswered application reminders) are managed in the E-mail notifications card on the company overview.
  • You can also have new applications delivered to your own system (n8n, Zapier, ATS) via webhooks.

If saving reports a concurrent change to the job, your unsaved values remain in the form and the other change is not overwritten. Copy your draft text before reloading the page, then load the current job and review your edits again.

Conditions and workplaces

This feature is being verified in the development version (DEV), before public release.

When editing an existing job, you will find the Conditions and workplaces panel. Save salary amounts and the job text in the main form. The panel separately records whether pay is base salary or a total including bonuses, bonus details, shifts and their time zone, start date, training, work mode and the actual workplace. Leave a value Not stated if you do not know it.

If the panel says that editing and confirming conditions are not yet available, you cannot save or confirm them; company workplaces can still be managed separately. The following conditions steps are available once those controls are enabled.

First choose Save conditions. Then review the actual saved values under Saved facts to confirm, select specific facts and choose Confirm selected saved facts. Only populated, saved facts can be confirmed, not an unsaved draft. Saving alone does not create employer confirmation. Each saved fact shows its source, date and any need for renewed review; company verification does not confirm job conditions.

Under Manage company workplaces, add an actual workplace with a name and address, then select it for the job's conditions. The company's registered office is not automatically treated as the workplace. Before changing or deleting an existing workplace, acknowledge its effect on all linked jobs. The change invalidates their workplace confirmations; history is retained.

The main form, conditions and workplaces save separately. A concurrent change preserves your draft. Before Load saved data (discard draft), copy any edits you want to keep, as loading replaces them with saved data. If the main form warns that conditions changed, keep a copy of your draft text and refresh the page. This version does not yet provide the new automatic assessment of fit with candidate requirements.

Company owners and administrators can download stored job conditions, their evidence history and workplaces in the data export. JSON includes everything in one document; the ZIP also contains workplaces.csv and workplace-events.csv. Private candidate requirements are not included in the company export.

Pilot feedback

Companies participating in the verified conditions pilot find short pilot feedback at the end of the Conditions and workplaces panel on the job edit page: a rating from 1 to 5 and an optional comment (up to 500 characters). You choose whether you are rating questions about conditions, arranging an interview, or the pilot overall. Only the JobsAI operator reads the feedback; candidates do not see it, and it does not affect how the listing is displayed. You can send one rating per topic and job every 24 hours; another job can be rated right away. Do not include candidates' personal data in the comment. Feedback is available only on the web.
