Show yourself to the employer before applying

What it is

On jobs with applications via JobsAI you will find the Show yourself to the employer section. Before applying you can signal interest:

• Show profile anonymously - the employer sees your skills and experience, but not your name and contacts until they unlock the contact.
• Show full profile - the employer also sees your name.

What happens next

• The employer sees interested candidates ordered by the time they signalled interest (no AI scoring of candidates).
• If they like your profile, they can invite you to apply - you get an e-mail with a link to the job.
• You can withdraw your interest at any time in the same place.

Good to know

• Available on jobs posted directly on JobsAI (not on listings taken over from the Labour Office) and also in the mobile app.
• The interest signal does not replace an application - apply via the regular flow.
