How to apply to a job
Send an application to a job and track its status.
Before you apply
Have your profile complete and a generated and approved CV. Applying then takes only a moment.
Step by step
- Open the detail of a job that interests you.
- For jobs with applications through JobsAI you will find the Apply section: choose an approved CV, optionally add a cover letter (AI can prepare a draft for you) and click Submit application.
- If you are not signed in or you are missing a profile or an approved CV, the page will first guide you through these steps.
- Many jobs (for example those aggregated from the Labour Office) are applied to outside JobsAI: the I'm interested in this position button opens the employer's website and you complete your application there.
Before sending
- Show yourself to the employer - signal your interest with one click, anonymously or with your full profile.
- Prepare for the interview with AI - likely questions and tips tailored to the job.
- Listings in a foreign language can be translated on the detail with the Translate button.
After you apply
- You track the status of an application made through JobsAI in the My applications section; you can also withdraw it there.
- You will receive an e-mail about important status changes (interview invitation, offer, acceptance, rejection).
- The employer may contact you by e-mail.
- External applications (completed on the employer's website) do not appear in My applications.
- If the employer does not reply within 30 days, we mark the application No response and suggest similar listings. How fast employers typically reply is shown by the response badge.
- You can also apply from the mobile app - including CV selection and an AI cover letter draft.
Tip: the better your profile matches the job, the higher your chance of a reply.
