Verified conditions and asking the employer

Employer questions are not available here. Check the listing or ask the employer when you contact them.

Sources, dates and unknown values

A source and date apply to one specific listing field, such as pay or shifts. Employer confirmation is not an independent review of the whole listing or verification of the company identity. A changed listing or expired evidence needs to be checked again. An unknown value does not mean that you meet or fail the condition.

Offers taken over from the Labour Office

For offers taken over from the Czech Labour Office (Úřad práce ČR), the pay has the source "Stated in source" and the type "Base pay excluding bonuses". The Labour Office records pay as the base without surcharges and bonuses, so JobsAI treats the stated amount as the base pay and compares it with your minimum monthly pay requirement. This is not employer confirmation: the company has not confirmed the value in JobsAI itself. The source proof is valid for 30 days. As long as the offer persists at the source and the value does not change, JobsAI replaces the proof with a fresh one when it takes the offer over during the second half of that period, so it does not expire. The comparison with your requirement works only for monthly pay in CZK; JobsAI does not compare hourly pay and marks it as unknown in the match evaluation.

If a listing shows "Salary basis not stated", the employer has not specified whether the amount is the base or the total including bonuses. JobsAI does not compare such pay with your requirement and marks it as unknown in the match evaluation.

Questions are unavailable here

The employer question control is not shown here. Check the listing or ask the employer when you contact them. You can complete your profile for a more accurate comparison. To send an application, follow How to apply for a job.

Privacy, applications and interest

A question contains only the selected topic and the public wording shown before confirmation. It does not send your profile, CV, contact details or private work requirements. It is neither a job application nor an interest signal, and it does not unlock your contact details for the employer. Apply separately using How to apply for a job. Show yourself to an employer explains the separate interest option.

Answer and status

The employer answers in the existing job editor. They can confirm a public value, say that it varies by shift, or say that they cannot confirm it. The answer belongs to the current version of the conditions. Notifications can arrive only through channels offered when you asked and explicitly selected by you. Delivery is not guaranteed, so also check the job detail, question history in web account settings, or Profile in the mobile app.

History and withdrawal

Your questions remain in web account settings and Profile in the mobile app even after the listing is no longer public. You can withdraw an active subscription without withdrawing a job application or another interest signal. If the listing conditions change, the old question ends and a new question needs a new confirmation.

Reminders and automatic expiry of an unanswered question are used only when the operator explicitly configures them. JobsAI therefore does not promise an answer or a fixed deadline. Expiry without an answer does not mean that the employer fails the condition.

Pilot feedback

If you asked an employer a question or arranged an interview through JobsAI, you can send short pilot feedback in web account settings, below your question history, or in the Profile section of the mobile app (from version 1.2.0): a rating from 1 to 5 and an optional comment (up to 500 characters). You choose whether you are rating questions about conditions, arranging an interview, or the pilot overall. Only the JobsAI operator reads the feedback; the employer does not see it, and it does not affect your application, question or the order of listings. You can send one rating per topic (and per job, if you choose one) every 24 hours. Do not include personal data in the comment.
